[Shake-dev] ShakeMap V3.2: Legend missing, explaining intensity colors

Hi Frank,
When you are installing ShakeMap, the 'make' will descend into the
directory <shake_home>/src/util and do a "make all" there. That step
should create files in <shake_home>/lib/ps called "scale.ps" and
"tvscale.ps" (moving the existing files to the extension ".BAK").
Make sure these files are in place (and are newly-created) before
running 'mapping' again.
