[Shake-dev] ShakeMap V3.2: Legend missing, explaining intensity colors

Hi,

I just set up the ShakeMap version 3.2 (clean, new installation) and run
it with the provided example event in California. All works fine and no
error messages did appear.

But there is a difference in the output ShakeMap-graphics compared to
the version 3.1: On the intensity picture the Instrumental Intensity
Scale Legend is missing.

Did I forgot to set a parameter (e.g. in mapping.conf)?
