[Realtime-feed-users] Delayed feeds and/or events (1+ hours)

Hi Matt,

If you can reference a few recent, specific instances (event IDs) where the
event skipped the past hour feed due to latency, I'd be happy to look into
it. We have not noticed this on our end. The timely reporting of earthquake
information is important to us, so if it is a problem on our end, we would
like to fix it.
