[Geomag-operations] Honolulu: Still missing some data

Steve,
We are still have some timing issues at Honolulu.  And they are Non UTC
time errors.  So, hopefully, you haven't shipped back all the equipment I
sent you.

When you can, please replace the Trimble GPS clock.  Be sure to disconnect
the power first and reconnect it last as you swap out this unit.

Let us know after you do this so we can see the results, but we don't to
know before hand.

Update: I just talked to Steve and he knows more than I am putting in this
message.  We are on the same page.  He will probably do the swap out on
Saturday, unless he hears from us with regards to another mag storm.
