[Geomag-operations] Deadhorse update: No Power!!

All,
>From what I gathered, the new Thunderbolt GPS clock did not have power to
it.  After Karen found and installed the power cable, the GPS clock
responded as expected, and the PCDCP Acquisition System is back up

The ObsRio System wasn't powered either because of a faulty connection on
one of the contacts in the power cable.  Adam  Aucoin will repair that
cable, but he has to take the cable back to the shop to do so.

In the mean time, Karen will be taking Absolute observations.
