Over the last 15 minutes or so, Karen Remick and I realigned the fluxgate
sensor at Deadhorse.
Before E ordinate: ~-610 nT
After E ordinate: ~-30 nT.

Good job Karen!!

Also, Karen attached the repaired power cable to DHT, the ObsRio
acquisition system at Deadhorse.  So, DHT is back up and running!
