[Geomag-operations] Honolulu: And, we're back!

All,
Thanks to Steve Ortiz's availability, Honolulu is back up.

We had 2 problems, which are both remedied (I hope):

1. The PPS output from the PPS Buffer Amp, to the Lawson Labs 802, was
out.  Steve moved the coax from the bad connection to the spare PPS output
BNC jack.

2. We were having dropouts in our data collection due to faulty timing from
the Trimble GPS clock.  Steve replaced the GPS antenna.
