[EHPweb] recenteqsww on ehpmaster has stopped updating.

This is related to the Document Root change. I updated the
DOCUMENT_ROOT variable in /home/quake/request_earthquake_php.sh to use
the new vhosts Document Root. Still no idea why this started today
since no related changes were made today.
