[EHPweb] recenteqsww on ehpmaster has stopped updating.

It shouldn't, that has little to do with recenteqs.  We have the  
architecture meeting at 1, the web meeting at 2, so I will attempt to  
fix this around 3.

It is only on the master server and should not affect public  
availability.
