[EHPweb] Updated RecentEqs base maps - US only

Hi,

The updated base maps for US recent earthquakes are running on  
ehpstage.  All maps except Long Valley and Yellowstone should be  
updated.

Please take a look and let me know if you find any problems.  Unless I  
hear otherwise, we will launch the new US base maps next Monday.
