[EHPweb] Proposed Changes to ENS

All,

Seth, thanks for the head's up and the excellent streamlining. Very nice.

I do have a concern about both the lack of a CAPTCHA and the ability to span
manually even if a CAPTCHA approach is implemented. Anyone can manually spam
someone else via NYTimes, or whatever site, but said mail does not come to
the recipient from the Federal Gov't; this would. This needs to be addressed
or someone needs to inform me as to why this is not an issue.
