The following issues were noted this morning:

*Boulder E-Field* - (11/26/2018): OK

*Deadhorse* - (11/26/2018): F and Delta F spikes at 09:47 and 10:16

*Honolulu* - (11/26/2018): Intermittent dropouts of less than 5 minute
duration

*San Juan* - (11/26/2018): No GOES transmissions.  A new transmitter is
being sent today.

*Stennis* - (11/26/2018): No GOES transmissions.  Taylor will be
re-installing the antenna today or tomorrow.

*Tucson* - (11/26/2018): There is an F and Delta F spike at 00:38

*Dst* - (11/26/2018): Kakioka disturbance 04:18 to 04:35 seen in the 1
minute Dst, plus the usual 0 UT gap.
