The following issues were noted this morning:

*Boulder E-Field* - (11/27/2018): OK

*Stennis* - (11/27/2018): No GOES transmissions.  Taylor will be
re-installing the antenna this week.

*Deadhorse Test* - (11/27/2018): Still Down

*Honolulu* - (11/27/2018): Intermittent dropouts of less than 5 minute
duration

*San Juan* - (11/27/2018): Short disturbance 14:01 to 14:15.  No Goes
transmissions.  A new transmitter was sent yesterday.

*Dist* - (11/27/2018): Dropouts in Barrow, Honolulu, and Tucson

*SQ* - (11/27/2018): Dropouts in Barrow, Honolulu, and Tucson

*SV* - (11/27/2018): Dropouts in Barrow, Honolulu and Tucson

*Dst* - (11/27/2018): There is the usual 0 UT offset due to Kakioka
