All,
The following discrepancies were noted this day:

*Deadhorse.  There is one bad 1 second Total Field Value recorded during
minute 0704 UT, on 11/23/18 (YD 327). *

*Deadhoerse Test.  DHT is still down. *

*Tucson. There are gaps in the derived plots, Dist, SQ and SV from 1641
through 1744 UT, 2050 through 2209, and minute 2230 UT on 11/21/18 (YD
325), and from 1525 through 1549 UT, on 11/22/18 (YD 326). Probably due to
internet dropouts. We are talking with our ISP about these dropouts. *


*Stennis. GOES Trans missions are still absent. Taylor Davies will try to
put the GOES antenna back in place next week. *


*San Juan. There is an Artificial Disturbance from 2030 through 2205 UT, on
11/21/18 (YD 325). This was caused by Grounds maintenance. Thank you Miguel
Lopez for the advanced notice. GOES Trans missions are still absent. The
Microcom GOES transmitter is down. A replacement will be sent. *

*Honolulu. We are still experiencing data gaps in the fluxgate data as
follows: minutes 1900 and 1901, on 11/21/18 (YD 325), 0344 through 0349
UT, minute 0356 through 0357 UT, and 1856 through 1857 UT, on 11/22/18 (YD
326), and 0341 through 0351 UT, 1244 through 1245 UT, and minute 1251 UT,
on 11/23/18 (YD 327).   These data gaps also impact the Dist Plot.  To the
best of my knowledge, we are still getting Non UTC time errors (the GPS is
not locked onto enough satellites to output UTC time).  Replacement parts
may be in order.*

*Guam  There is an Artificial Disturbance from 2054 through 2215 UT, on
11/21/18 (YD 325).*

*Dist.  There are gaps in the derived plots from Tucson from 1641 through
1744 UT, 2050 through 2209, and minute 2230 UT on 11/21/18 (YD 325), and
from 1525 through 1549 UT, on 11/22/18 (YD 326). Probably due to internet
dropouts. There are data gapes in the Honolulu Dist plot for the the
following times: minutes 1900 and 1901, on 11/21/18 (YD 325), 0344 through
0349 UT, minute 0356 through 0357 UT, and 1856 through 1857 UT, on 11/22/18
(YD 326), and 0341 through 0351 UT, 1244 through 1245 UT, and minute 1251
UT, on 11/23/18 (YD 327).*

*SQ and SV.   There are gaps at Tucson in the derived plots, SQ and SV at
the following times: from 1641 through 1744 UT, 2050 through 2209, and
minute 2230 UT on 11/21/18 (YD 325), and from 1525 through 1549 UT, on
11/22/18 (YD 326). Probably due to internet dropouts. *


*Boulder E-Field. None.*

*DST.  There is the daily offset in the USGS Dst-1min plot resulting from
the corresponding data gap in the plot for Kakioka at around the end/start
of each day.  *
