The following issues were noted this morning:

*Boulder E-Field* - (12/20/2018): OK

*Deadhorse Test* - (12/20/2018): Still Down

*San Juan* - (12/19/2018): Artificial Disturbance, 16:05 to 16:42.

*Stennis* - (12/20/2018): No GOES transmissions. Z and F spike at 19:19.

*Dist* - (12/20/2018): Offset in Boulder 20:41 to 20:58

*SV* - (12/20/2018): Offset in Boulder 20:41 to 20:58

*Dst* - (12/20/2018): Kakioka has been restored but the data flow is
intermittent.  There is a spike in Hermanus at 7:04 that is seen in the
1-min Dst
