The following issues were noted this morning:

*Boulder E-Field* - (12/19/2018): OK

*Deadhorse Test* - (12/19/2018): Still Down

*Fredericksburg* - (12/19/2018): There are spikes in H, E, Z, overnight of
unknown origin.  John reports that there is nothing he knows about that
could have caused the spikes.

*Honolulu* - (12/19/2018): There are a few Delta F spikes associated with
dropouts.

*Stennis* - (12/19/2018): No GOES transmissions

*Dist* - (12/19/2018): Offset in Guam at 20:43

*SQ* - (12/19/2018): Offset in Guam at 20:43

*SV* - (12/19/2018): Offset in Guam at 20:43

*Dst* - (12/19/2018): Still no Kakioka data.  Abe is trying to contact
someone in Japan to resolve this.
