*Stennis - No GOES transmissions. Awaiting relocation of GOES antenna*
*Dst   Data gaps in Kakioka Dist plot,1500 to 1628, and 1700 to 1709, on
12/20/18.  Artificial Disturbance in the Sam Juan Dist plot 1512 to 16:03,
