 The following issues were noted this morning:


*Deadhorse* - There is an F and Delta F spike at 15:04 today.

*San Juan* - GOES transmissions are currently down.  I have spoken with
Miguel and he will call back when he gets to the observatory.

*Tucson* - There is an F and Delta F spike at 01:48 today.


*ObsRIO Systems* - None, except that BRT is down for testing.


*Boulder E-Field* - None


*Dst* - There is the usual 0 UT spike, in the 1-minute Dst due to a Kakioka
gap at that time.

*Dist, SQ, SV* - None
