 The following issues were noted this morning:


*Guam* - There is a disturbance in all components, 02:54 to 03:11 today.
This is probably due to grounds maintenance.

*San Juan* - There was a disturbance, 17:20 to 17:28, in all components
yesterday.  This was caused by the exterminator.


*ObsRIO Systems* - None, except that BRT is down for testing.


*Boulder E-Field* - None


*Dst* - There is the usual 0 UT spike, in the 1-minute Dst due to a Kakioka
gap at that time.

*Dist, SQ, SV* - None
