ATA built some custom DC-DC converters for the Hughes 7000 modems. They seem reliable and don’t shut down at sub-zero temps like the ones UNAVCO sourced from Hughes(?). No idea how they’d work in the heat. You could ask IRIS-ATA folks for specs.
