[ANSS-netops] Basalt failures?

I have been hearing that some groups are experiencing problems with
Basalts, so I am fishing here for more stories of Basalt failures to see if
there is something we need to bring up with the manufacturer.

If you have been having issues with Basalts, can you send me some details
such as number of occurrences and failure mode (disk, networking, power,
software, etc.)
