[ANSS-netops] Configuration for Kinemetrics Basalt - S-13s

Hi John,

In the NCSN we do not use S-13's but rather L-4C seismometers from Sercel.
In the few installations where we have been installing Basalts with L-4C's
attached we have used the 2.5V full-scale value for that channel. So far
that seems to work just fine. However, I see that the S-13 has just over
twice the output (~630 V/m/s) as an L-4C (~275 V/m/s), so you may want to
try the 5V setting on the Basalt.

If you want more general help setting up the Basalt, ask Jacob. ;-)
