[ANSS-netops] REF TEK 130 GPS INSTALLATION RECOMMENDATION

For your information the attachment information from Reftek should be 
helpful to prevent static discharge from causing resets to the 130 
data logger.   It should also help prevent moisture infiltration and 
corrosion protection on the metal connectors.   For even better 
protection I would recommend using 3M 130C rubber tape versus the 
Super 88 vinyl.

The document is dated 20 June 2008 so you may or not already been informed.
