[Shake-dev] Problems with pictures of SM3.2 --Problem solved!

Thanks, the problem has gone!
I set the GMT default MEASURE_UNIT to 'inch' in both mapping and iiscale programs,and the problem has been solved.
Actually I`ve updated to SM3.5 ,and i think it is really better than SM3.2 in configuration and other things.
