[Shake-dev] Problems with pictures of SM3.2!!

If you're really using the old v3.2 ShakeMap, you must set your GMT  
default MEASURE_UNITS to "inch". In v3.5, you can set your paper size  
in <shake_home>/include/macros, and set the measure_unit in  
mapping.conf. If you change the mapping.conf measure_unit to "cm,"  
you'll need to change a lot of the sizes of things specified in that  
file, as described in the file's documentation.
