Bruce,

Yeah, your announcement wasn't very clear.

However, I was wrong in saying that it's not in the Software Guide; I must
have been looking at an old copy. The current one, in section 3.3.3, gives a
sample command: ../../bin/makeMMIsiteTable Wald99 site_corr_cdmg.dat
