[Shake-dev] SM3.5 Borcherdt table

Bruce,

Tim MacDonald point out to me that makeMMIsiteTable takes two arguments,
apparently a GMICE and a "site factor file".

When I look in the Software Guide, I see see makeMMIsiteTable being used with
only one argument. Is this part of the "as-yet-unannounced update" to
makeMMIsiteTable?
