[Shake-dev] pet peeve: adhoc.list should go.

Hi Renate,

Yes, I'll change the name of the file to adhoc.lis.CISN. The file shouldn't really be part of the distribution -- it should be created/updated by the regional operators, if desired. 

The change will appear in the next release.
