[Shake-dev] pet peeve: adhoc.list should go.

Bruce,

Could you take adhoc.lis out of /home/SHAKE/lib/grind?

It only contains California stations and is irrelevant for other networks.
BUT: when it exists db2xml will only try to find data for stations listed in
that file. I have to remember after each "svn update" to remove the dang
thing.

We don't maintain a adhoc.list but want db2xml to use whatever is in our
database. Also, if other people  do create their own adhoc.lis, it will be
over-written when they update their checkout. I think it should just go, or
be renamed adhoc.lis.CISN if you want to keep it in for CISN convenience..
