[Shake-dev] shakemap v3.5 install problem

Hi Baishan,
That installer is an old version and no longer kept up to date.
As I told Matt Gerstenberger, ShakeMap code should be obtained from
the SVN repository at:
https://vault.gps.caltech.edu/repos/products/shakemap/tags/release-3.5/
The installation documentation in the doc directory is the most recent
available. Please note that ShakeMap does not yet work with GMT 4.5.2
or 4.5.3.
