[Shake-dev] shakemap v3.5 install problem

Hi All,

I have installed shakemap version3.5 following SoftwareGuideV3_5.doc, on
source code from:

http://shakemap.unfuddle.com/svn/shakemap_installer/


After installation, I couldn't find the programs such as shake, grind
etc. in the bin directory:

I notice the last steps in the software guide are:
% cd <shake_home>
% make all
% cd <shake_home>/bin
% ./mktables

I am wondering if there need be a command like:
% install
?
or have I missed some other steps? I have checked the table "earthquake
" exists in the shakemap database but with an empty dataset.

Please help.
