[Realtime-feeds] GeoJSON(P) feeds now include metadata

Hello,

There is a new top level "metadata" property in all GeoJSON feeds with
additional information about the feed:

metadata: {
    generated: 1362092199000,
    url: "http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/feed/geojsonp/2.5/week",
    title: "USGS Magnitude 2.5+ Earthquakes, Past Week",
    subTitle: "Real-time, worldwide earthquake list for the past week",
    cacheMaxAge: 60
}


generated - millisecond timestamp when the feed was generated
url - url where the feed is available
title - title of feed
subTitle - sub title of feed
cacheMaxAge - number of seconds feed is cached between updates
