[Realtime-feed-users] Availability of shakemaps that are not clipped by map viewport

Hello,

The short answer is ShakeMap only computes the shaking intensity to that
extent.  I've cc'ed Bruce Worden, who may be able to provide more details
about how the extent is chosen.
