Evidently the electrical switch over had a glitch. Buildings I10C and T2
are still without power this morning. I've reported this to Poudre Valley
REA, and also managed to track down the linemen still in the area. I'm
hoping they just forgot to throw a switch.

Since this affects I10C, the Table Mountain network won't be operational
until the power is restored.
