[Geomag-operations] HON back up

The Trimble ended up syncing on its own and started sending HEZ data
recently,  but no F. I had to reset the overhauser electronics to get it to
start sending data again. All systems go.

Well the HON Trimble swap out was a bust. It will not lock on a signal.  I
also tried swapping out GPS antennas, but the GOES antenna has a different
connector. Ed is going to send a new antenna and another Trimble unit
tomorrow, and Steve will have to replace the parts.

Disturbance just now (18:13 UTC) at HON observatory was from Steve and I in
the variations building. There will be another disturbance and short outage
later today when we swap out the Trimble GPS unit.
