[Geomag-operations] Data Gap at Honolulu

All,
Expect a data gap in the Honolulu data in the next few minutes.  This is
necessary to swap out the Trimble, Thunderbolt GPS receiver.

The data should resume in less than 60 minutes (before 2200 UT).
