[EHPweb] Notification of change of authentication source

I am going to be implementing GS AD authentication on several of our DMZ
systems.

For collaborators who are not associated with our AD infrastructure, we
will maintain local authentication.
This will also be the case for any service accounts that are already in
place.

>From what I read, centrify is compatible with RHEL4 as well so we may also
be able to get our webservers moved in.
