[EHPweb] EQ Map/List & EQ Search (sent from usgs.gov)

Lisa,
Lots of nice features in the new version! It works on my iTouch and
desktop nicely.
I found on glitch for the faults. If I select the CA view (jump to..
CA), then the faults for the LA area are missing. My guess is that this
region is not being loaded. The faults for the LA area appear at the
other zoom levels.
