[EHPweb] ehpmaster database configuration

Hello,

If you have had problems today, they may be related to this issue.   
This has since been corrected and everything should work as normal  
once again.

We noticed a database configuration issue earlier today on ehpmaster.   
While correcting this issue, several problems were reported including  
access to EHP admin pages and events missing from the DYFI home page  
(they were present, just not listed).

If you continue to have problems, let us know.
