[EHPweb] Moving ehpdevel to GS AD authentication today

All,

I am in the process of moving ehpdevel over the GS AD authentication. 
it will take some time to convert the existing users over and for those 
who aren't on AD will still have their local credentials.
Access to the server may be limited during this process
