[EHPweb] Needing to shut down non-critical systems in Golden

All - we are having issues with all three of our computer room air 
conditions (CRAC).  We have service technicians on-site right now working 
on these problems.  Due to these unforeseen circumstances we are in a 
position where we need to shut down non-critical servers. 

For EHP servers this includes:

ehpdevel
pdldevel
eidsdevel
ens3 
ens4

I'll send out another email after we get some more information.
