[EHPweb] eidsdevel and pdldevel

eidsdevel and pdldevel should be back up and accessible to their new
addresses.
The firewall rules have been adjusted as well. There were two Menlo
addresses associated with pdldevel and that was 130.118.43.0/24 and
130.118.44.0/24.
Please verify that you still have connectivity.

Also, once this move is complete, the DNS names will be as they were
before. The new names listed are temporary names to allow for the move.
