[EHPweb] Continuing Errors using ProductClient

Hi Pete,

Despite the error messages, the shakemaps are still being delivered to
users who connect to either hub.

I'm planning to update the hubs to the latest version of the
ProductClient next week during time we have planned for maintenance.
It's possible the update will fix this problem, and I will also enable
more verbose logging in case it doesn't; to help troubleshoot.

I'll let you know once the hubs have been updated.

Thanks,

Jeremy
