[EHPweb] ehp3 and ehppdl2 are down.

I got a zabbix message that ehp3.wr and ehppdl2.wr went down ~27 minutes 
ago.

These two servers are in a separate computer room.

I emailed Stan Silverman and contacted him on his cell and he is checking 
to see what the status is.
