Eric,
This is great.
What I like:
It is easy to navigate
It is fast load.
I like the combined EQs in the zoom out.
What I would like:
It might still be hard for users to find a quake they are looking for
e.g., a felt earthquake. Perhaps adding magnitude and depth filters. Or
possibly highlighting quakes with a significant number of DYFI reports.
Plots that include all the earthquakes always suffer from giving the users
a false impression of global seismicity. Might want to default to a higher
magnitude threshold.
thanks,
Paul

Below is a link to a prototype of the new mapping interface. This
currently plots M0+ on a Google map and has a list view below the map.
Please take some time to play with this interface and send me your
feedback. What features do you like? What features do you dislike?
What features would you like to add? Was the interface responsive?
Easy to understand? Etc...

Remember, this is a prototype and for internal access only.
Thanks,
~Eric.
