[EHPweb] Location Widget

All,

I developed a location widget for a hazards project that may be useful  
in other applications. The location widget presents a map-based  
interface for a user to input their location. It allows users to enter  
a latitude and longitude, address, geo-locate their address, or drag a  
marker around on a map to indicate their location. You can read full

Be cautioned however that this widget is the progressive enhancement  
from a simpler form input field so be sure to follow progressive  
enhancement techniques if/when you use this widget.
