[EHPweb] Web site transition update

ehpbackup, ehp3, and ehp4 are running the old(current) site and are in  
the Level3 DNS.
ehpmaster, ehp1, and ehp2 are running the new site.


We still have not switched over to the new site layout.  The primary  
implication is ehpmaster does not currently replicate to 3 and 4, but  
will replicate to 1 and 2 before going live.

I am still finalizing ehp1 update to the new site, and once ready will  
flip the dns switch to make new site live.  After the new site is  
live, I plan to update ehpbackup and ehp3 to the new site, and wait  
until next week to update ehp4.


Depending on how soon the ehp1 update completes and is verified, I may  
make the switch later this afternoon.  I will send an email before  
making any further changes.
