[EHPweb] rsyncs from ehpmaster to public servers have been stopped

I apologize for not having sent this email immediately when this  
happened, but we have turned off the rsyncs from ehpmaster to the  
public servers while we are rolling out the new EHP web design to all  
the servers.

Because of complexities and the shear volume of content on the  
website, this is taking MUCH longer than we expected.

We will let you know of any further changes BEFORE they occur.
