[EHPweb] 2009 EQ Probability Mapping

Working with Steve Harmsen here in Golden, we've developed a new  
application for generated earthquake probability maps based on the  
2008 hazard model.  If you have time I'd like you to check out this  
tool and fill out the survey for it (linked below).  This survey is  
meant to test usability and functionality and will help ensure we  
release a useful and usable application to the public.  Please let me  
know if you have any questions/concerns or feedback that wasn't  
addressed in the survey itself.
