[EHPweb] Recenteqs us special maps

We were considering adding links to the San Francisco and Los Angeles  
"special" maps.  If you notice, the San Francisco special map is  
missing the updated water layer.

Does anyone object to linking directly to the corresponding 2 degree  
maps instead of the "special" maps?  The main difference is the page  
title, but the map should make it obvious where you are looking in  
California.  We wouldn't necessarily have to extend this decision to  
Long Valley, Yellowstone, or Hawaii, but could...
